We operate with three strong brands in industry and production. Fit Rail manufactures railway freight wagons at its facility in Sivas Demirağ, serving the rail sector with durable, high-capacity wagon solutions. Fit Industries produces galvanised steel structures, solar mounting systems, electrical infrastructure and automation solutions at its plant in Eskişehir. Fit Yaşam Su brings consumers healthy drinking water drawn from natural springs. Together, these three brands carry the group's vision of value-added production across different fields.

Energy
Fit Enerji · SPP
Fit Enerji is an energy company established in 2015 upon completion of its licence and permit processes, operating in renewable energy generation. It began service with solar power plants of 3.5 MW installed capacity in the first phase. Thanks to new investments, total installed capacity was raised to 6.7 MW as of 2024, significantly increasing our generation capacity. We believe energy needs can be met without harming nature, and we direct our investments towards renewable sources.

Fit Medikal · Fit Diagnostics
Founded in 2004, Fit Medikal is one of the leading firms operating in medical import within the health sector. Through international partnerships and distribution agreements it brings the products of globally recognised brands to the Turkish market. In 2022 it acquired Fit Diagnostics, taking over the operation of 267 laboratories and reaching a strong structure that serves healthcare on a national scale. Today it operates actively across 40 provinces. Fit Diagnostics operates as the authorised dealer of Beckman Coulter diagnostic systems, based in Ankara and Tokat, supplying hospitals and laboratories with a broad range of instruments and products across haematology, clinical chemistry and immunoassay.

Bellona Stores
Fit Yatırım Grup entered the furniture sector in 2020, adding two large furniture stores with a combined 6,000 m² of showroom space. These stores operate with a broad product range and a commitment to quality service. Through these retail investments we offer consumers modern, comfortable and aesthetic living spaces, following a sales policy built on customer satisfaction.

Hilton Garden Inn · Sultan Otel
In 2022 Fit Yatırım Grup acquired a 148-room hotel — one of Sivas's most prestigious properties — on a 21,500 m² site; it operates today under the international Hilton Garden Inn brand (formerly The Green Park). With its central location and modern structure, the hotel contributes significantly to city tourism. Sultan Otel, which joined us in 2021 with 30 rooms and 1,600 m² of indoor space, is an important option for city stays thanks to its comfort and accessibility. The hotels are run by professional operating teams, while we, as the property owner, continue to support sustainable hospitality investments.
